Crane is growing and we are now a 24/7 operation in our Nashua, NH facility. Press Operators play a critical role within our organization. We are known for innovative currency and banknote technologies.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Insure products meet required specs throughout run.
  • Safely follow all SOPs.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and perform scheduled operator maintenance duties.
  • Comply with and enforce all pertinent departmental and company policies, procedures and instructions including safety procedures and requirements.
  • The job may require overtime and weekend work.
  • Perform any other duties as required.




  • High school diploma or equivalent with an Associate’s Degree being preferred.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of precision printing press experience a must. 



  • Expertise & in-depth knowledge of all press functions and processes with demonstrated hands-on experience running multi-web presses is required. 
  • Ability to identify and perform process-based troubleshooting.
  • Proven ability and experience producing high-quality products.
  • Ability to make accurate mathematical calculations and read a ruler.
  • Ability to understand technical directives.
  • Ability to follow instructions, demonstrations and practices.
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized with a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent team attitude with the skills necessary to communicate.
  • Basic computer skills necessary.  
  • Able to lift up to 50-lbs and safely operate hoists to lift product.
  • Demonstrate the ability to achieve and maintain acceptable levels of safety, quality and production.
