Leadership is Currency at Crane


Crane Currency is looking to add a Principal Business Analyst to our IT team in Nashua, NH. In this role, you will be an asset as you lead consultants and solve business problems through manufacturing applications that will be essential to the success of the organization. Your ability to see the big picture, plan for the future and identify gaps and areas for improvement will be essential.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Gathering and understanding business requirements.

  • Designing and developing technical solutions.

  • Standardize Manufacturing Execution Systems and Quality Management Systems globally.

  • Business Process Design/Redesign.

  • Provide functional application expertise and team/project management.

  • Participating in the development/maintenance of application portfolio road-maps.

  • Drive a global IT culture through leverage of resources based around the world.

  • 15+ years of experience in developing , delivering, and supporting IT solutions for manufacturing companies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or MIS (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Up to 30% travel may be required, both domestic and international.
