As Global Black Belt - Process Excellence in Nashua, NH, you can take your career to the next level with us. This challenging role will be key contributor in supporting the execution of the Process Excellence program across all Crane sites globally. In this position, you will be responsible for providing a critical cross-site support for project execution, training and development. This position will be located in either Nashua, NH or Hal Far, Malta.



  • Execute cross-site projects through the implementation of improvements, and the facilitation of meetings and workshops.
  • Manage and monitor the projects, to ensure effective implementation of improved processes.  Ensure improvements are meeting the expectations of the process owners, and aligned with the goals of the business.
  • Develop and facilitate training of Lean and Six Sigma skills, both in-person and through on-line training software, to ensure the skills development of Crane’s employees. 
  • Collect and publish metrics on the execution of the Process Excellence Program from all sites.
  • Support project portfolio management and project selection, both at the site and global level. 


Education & Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business. MBA preferred.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification.


Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • 3+ years in continuous improvement implementation.
  • Experience with change management & risk mitigation.
  • Experience with improvements in both manufacturing and transactional processes.
  • 4+ years of Project management experience is required.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Adept at facilitating change with cross-functional groups.
  • Experience in training Lean and Six Sigma skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and affect change.


If based out of Nashua, NH, applicants must be United States citizens. The person selected for this position will need to demonstrate suitability for employment in a position of Public Trust consistent with our US Government contract requirements.
