As Supply Chain Specialist in Nashua, NH, you can take your career to the next level with us. This challenging role will be a key contributor to our business by maintaining visibility to the entire value stream in all life cycle stages; from demand forecast and order acceptance through production and fulfillment, including post-delivery support. In this position, you will also be responsible for forecast management, manufacturing planning/support, material acquisition and management, coordinating the activities of subcontractors, and managing the inventory flow.



  • Be responsible for creation, maintenance, communication and coordination of manufacturing schedules for the timely production of customer orders & engineering trials across a value stream.
  • Entry and maintenance of work orders.
  • Work with key stakeholders to implement a plan to mitigate any risk, including the development and implementation of strong sourcing and/or production initiatives.
  • Manage all aspects of supplier relationships to maximize value and ensure uninterrupted material flow.
  • Assist in the overall effort to develop supplier relationships, to include negotiations on pricing, terms, and delivery.
  • Coordination with other areas of the Supply Chain team so as to ensure materials availability at the point of demand on time to schedule requirements.
  • Plan the purchase and flow of materials used and produced by our internal and external supply chain so as to ensure continuity in schedules, purchase orders, and inventory movement.
  • Ensure that the flow of all materials are managed in conjunction with all inventory management initiatives, allowing for the organization to meet all defined inventory and working capital goals and objectives.





  • BA/BS degree with a minimum of 5 year’s planning/procurement experience in a manufacturing environment. 
  • Experience with planning, purchasing, expediting, MRP/ERP systems, and quality/continuous improvement initiatives.


  • Professional certification(s) demonstrating knowledge and continuing education in supply chain fundamentals is preferred. 

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience planning and scheduling.
  • Strong experience with order placement, subcontractor negotiations and management, expediting, and quality/continuous improvement.
  • Proven knowledge of MS Office.  JD Edwards experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain principles, including MRP/ERP concepts.
  • Proven problem solving and decision-making skills and strong process orientation, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to and learn new systems.
  • Must be a team player with experience in a dynamic, fast moving organization.
