As the Software Engineer within the Innovative Technology group in Nashua, NH, you can take your career to the next level with us. Our company is a fast-paced, rapidly growing global business with high expectations for superior quality products. This position will work with both the HMI and database design systems applications. These cutting edge applications include HMI design and interfacing to real-time and sampling inspection systems and related closed-loop control systems along with subsequent archival and retrieval of large volumes of data. Responsibilities:

• Focus on real time number crunching and data presentation to machine operators and SQL database from a growing array of proprietary vision systems and image processing systems being used for production process monitoring and defect detection in real time systems. 
• Manage, display large images in creative and dynamic ways.  Invent new ways to convey complex information in ways that make it usable and relevant. 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or similar field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience developing HMI and database applications.
• Ability to interface with company IT team to help with storage and hardware support.
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate with others to clarify requirements.
• Assist in documenting requirements as well as resolve conflicts or ambiguities.
• Experience developing in a .NET environment.
• Experience designing and implementing user friendly graphics that convey complex data in creative and intuitive ways.
• Ability to focus on real time data processing / vision inspection system results data streams. Strong math skills.
• Ability to create / manage data storage and retrieval protocols for large SQL databases.
• Strong co-ordination and project management skills to handle complex projects.
• Enjoy being challenged and to solve complex problems on a daily basis.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
