    Crane is growing, and we now have a Financial Analyst opening in our Nashua, NH facility. An international operation, our finance practice requires a dedicated focus on accuracy and integrity. Your extreme attention to detail, as well as expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting pricing, planning and control, will be imperative in consistently delivering to expectations. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

    • Interprets and summarizes data to report on current performance, track trends and determine future financial expectations.
    • Function as the primary contract administrator for key strategic customer account(s).
    • Assist with financial reporting and analysis for the international technology business.
    • Provide financial management and oversight for the Commercial Product Line.
    • Prepare monthly financial reports including detailed trend and variance analysis in support of business and functional leaders.
    • Establish a strong money belt presence within the organization incorporating benefit justification on assigned Process Excellence projects.
    • Prepare closed work order reports to measure manufacturing performance and drive improved financial results.
    • Drive a culture of financial awareness and prudent spending based on business need while ensuring proper account and budget alignment.
    • RFA pre-approval process coordinator whereby projects are justified based on need and impact.
    • Evaluate and prioritize capital expenditures based on ROI analysis.
    • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process and provide financial support for key business initiatives throughout the year.
    • Establish good working relationships across the business from operations to corporate.



    • Bachelor’s degree in a business related field required
    • Minimum five years of experience required
    • Strong Microsoft Office software skills - Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
    • knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Intellectual capacity as evidenced by strategic vision and strong analytical skills
    • Knowledge of accounting and business software, including J.D. Edwards, Business Objects, and Adaptive Insights preferred
    • Capacity and willingness to travel on an as needed basis
