    As the Executive Assistant to the President of Crane Currency in Boston, MA, you will play a critical role with an exciting, fast-growing organization known for innovative currency and banknote technology. The successful candidate will have the ability to “jump in” and contribute immediately to a fast-paced global organization.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as liaison with Corporate headquarters, including high level staff such as Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, and Division Presidents
    • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and WebEx conference calls
    • With Corporate EA lead, coordinate Currency annual Corporate Strategy and Operations meetings; responsible for logistical deliverables
    • Monitor email on behalf of President. Handle correspondence not requiring personal attention of the President
    • Participate in monthly division meetings, prepare detailed and accurate minutes, and follow-up action items
    • Coordinate complex, ever-changing travel arrangements (international and domestic); including visa processing and preparation of detailed itineraries
    • Process expense reports for President in a timely and accurate manner. Review President’s direct reports expense reports in prep for approval
    • Oversee day-to-day office operations and manage administrative personnel
     

     

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.  Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree plus three to five years related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
    • Self-starter with a sense of urgency, ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments, simultaneously
    • Highly resilient personality, able to adjust to ever-changing environment
    • Five plus years supporting President or C-Level executive
    • Expert level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Create general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.
    • Must be confident, strong team player with ability to work within all levels of organization effectively
    • Notary Public, desired
    • Ability to maintain and handle confidential materials, information and situations on a routine basis
    • Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines while multitasking and maintaining a high attention to detail
    • Excellent organizational, grammar, punctuation and spelling skills required, as well as outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • Willing to work occasional overtime, some weekend work could be required but not typical

    The person selected for this position will need to demonstrate suitability for employment in a position of Public Trust consistent with our US Government contract requirements.
