    As a Regional Sales Director, you will play a key role in an exciting, fast-growing organization known for innovative currency and banknote technology.  In this position  you will design short and medium term strategies related to the expansion of profitable sales and projects in the assigned countries in Latin America; develop and implement the business plans making sure that information is well communicated internally, preserved externally, and in accordance with the company commercial and compliance goals, enabling Crane to maximize sales and long term relationships. Together with the Commercial Director, you will contribute to the successful execution of the current projects already deployed and design strategies for the long term opportunities.

    The Regional Sales Director needs to be familiar with the Currency Industry or with Governmental Institutions, and feel comfortable dealing with sophisticated customers as Central Banks.

    This individual must be based in the Americas region and able to travel within the appointed countries with very short notice.

    • Set short and medium term sales strategies for the assigned territory
    • Evaluate appropriate sales techniques and ensure its implementation in order to increase sales volume of the region
    • Oversee the sales activities of the Crane’s products/services in the assigned territory
    • Source and manage the agents in selected territories
    • Participate the different Industry and Crane’s events
    • Establish and maintain channels between the clients and Crane
    • Support designing and executing marketing programs and events
    • Make recommendations on product enhancements for improved sales potential
    • Control budget expenses for the assigned territories
    • Provide information to Salesforce and Sales Forecast
    • Drive the business according to Crane Currency´s policies.


    • Masters in Administration
    • Professional in Sales, Administration or Engineering
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, currency industry, or supporting Governmental Institutions
    • Fluency in English and Spanish/Portuguese


    • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills
