The Administrative Assistant provides direct administrative support for VP, Human Resources and VP/CFO in the Boston, MA office as well as support all site functions. This person must be an efficient team player who is capable of working independently with little or no supervision in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will have the ability to “jump in” and contribute immediately to a fast-moving global organization. Adaptability as well as exceptional organizational, follow-through and communications skills is integral in this role.
The person selected for this position will need to demonstrate suitability for employment in a position of Public Trust consistent with our US Government contract requirements.
