The IAM position will support the IT needs of the production environments across a global environment. 


  • Leads the design architecture, policy creation, and SOP process documentation for the Identity Access Management (IAM) program, Role-based access control, Active Directory, LDAP, Single Sign-On, End-User provisioning, identity and access governance, and identity data synchronization services with existing applications and systems.
  • Leads the design architecture and support for Exchange management, architecture and support.
  • Develops strategic road maps for the Identity Management systems and program.
  • Develops enterprise wide standards for identity and access management.
  • Develops/maintains processes for compliance, policy for account life cycle management, access account configuration among other items.
  • Assures and monitors implementation of SOP and compliance with policy.
  • Works with vendors and partners to develop and manage program.
  • Performs break/fix on IAM items, including GPO, AD, LDAP, SSO, ADFS and other related items.


Technical and other Experience, Skills and Characteristics (e.g. statistical analysis, project management, initiative):


  • 5-10+ year’s Active Directory management and architecture experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience managing messaging with Office 365
  • 1 to 5 years of experience specifically implementing Microsoft Azure IAM solutions
  • 3-5 years Exchange management experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience and expertise in Active Directory domain migrations and consolidations
  • Services based Integration (i.e. REST) of role-based access control, Active Directory, LDAP, Single Sign-On, End-User provisioning, identity and access governance, and identity data synchronization services with existing applications and systems. PowerShell scripting, and excellent in documentation and technical writing.
  • GPO creation and proliferation
  • Experience in a Hybrid environment
  • Able to implement and Maintain SSO
  • Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) infrastructure management
  • Manage/Maintain GAL, CRs, contacts, DLs,

Knowledge (Education/Training) or equivalent:


  • MCP, MCSA, MCSE or other Microsoft Certification


  • Exchange training and certifications
  • Other relevant certifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Interpersonal / Leadership Skills / Experience (e.g. cross-functional collaborative ability, leadership experience):


  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with little direction or guidance
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in working with clients with a focus on customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

            Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

            Must be able to rack and stack servers periodically



            Flexibility in scheduling due to repairs on break\fix issues.

            Flexibility in projects. Timelines will constantly shift based on business planning or other drivers.
